What’s different about Ergo Law?
For one, we have only one area of practice - employment law. This means that we specialise in advising both on the issues which arise in the workplace on a daily basis as well as on more unusual or complex situations. We have experience of dealing with a broad range of industries and with businesses both large and small. We are also experienced in advising employee clients at all levels of their careers. We have a highly practical knowledge of, and insight into, the world of work.
We spend time getting to know our client’s story and our advice extends beyond the technical application of the law. We are listeners, translators, counsellors and lawyers. We are skilled in stepping in to your shoes and representing you (whether you are an employer or an employee) to untangle the trickiest of situations and make things feel clearer.
